Château de la Couronne is a fairytale French Chateau specialising in luxury weddings and exclusive events and retreats. Nestled in the picturesque French countryside on the border of Charente and Dordogne, the Château offers a range of accommodations on the estate, including 16 luxurious and stylish bedrooms that can sleep up to 39 guests.
The Château’s highlight is its exclusive onsite catering team, offering fresh and delicious, vibrant meals. With all dining pre-arranged, there’s no need for external caterers or self-catering, letting you relax while we handle the details.

Château de la Couronne offers a multiples spaces to entertain, unwind and relax. With a private pool, billiard room and 5 acres of enchanting gardens. and many activities nearby such as kayaking in the dordogne, biking on the Tour de France trail or strolling through the picturesque villages and picnicking by lazy rivers.
Just 25 minutes away, explore the city of Angoulême with many eateries, wineries, and shopping. For those who appreciate fine beverages, you can explore the nearby vineyards and indulge in wine tasting. If you're a fan of brandy, a visit to Cognac, just an hour away, is a must.
CATERING
Our exclusive in-house catering team are passionate about creating unique dining experiences. Our menus are thoughtfully curated and seasonal yet rich in flavour and design. Vibrant, plentiful, and local ingredients are at the core of everything we do. All of the food we prepare is wholesome & hearty and infused with charm & creativity. The chateau collaborates with a wedding caterer to provide canapés and a three-course meal.
