CATERING

We're not only known for our enchanting Château but also for our food. Our in-house chefs and partnered catering team are passionate about creating unique dining experiences. Our menus are thoughtfully curated and seasonal, yet rich in flavour and design. Vibrant, plentiful, and local ingredients are at the core of everything we do. All of the food we prepare is wholesome & hearty and infused with charm & creativity.

We cater to majority of allergies and intolerances, offering gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian options as well as healthy eating choices.

A minimum of 50 adults is required for catering. Groups with fewer than 50 adults will still be charged for 50.

WEDDINGS & EVENTS

For weddings and events, the Chateau partners with a wedding caterer who provides waiting staff and a variety of dining options. For example, waitstaff will circulate with canapés and beverages, followed by a 3- to 5-course meal of your choice. With options to upgrade such as oysters and champagne, a meat slicer station and a croquembouche tower.

Were proud of our space and setting, but we know that exceptional celebrations are made memorable by outstanding food and drink. Our chefs can tailor the menu tailored to your and your guests' tastes, using locally sourced ingredients.

DAY ONE 

Host an arrival soirée in the elegant courtyard, where you'll be surrounded by breathtaking views of the chateau and have easy access to the Chandelier Bar for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Sharing boards are an excellent choice, ideal for mingling and enjoying a variety of flavours together. Alternatively, our live pizza station is a great option!

WEDDING DAY

Start the day with a delightful continental breakfast served in The Banquet, offering easy access to the courtyard. Since there's often a gap between breakfast and the main meal, we provide a light lunch for staying guests to enjoy.

Later, our partnered caterers take over, circulating the reception with a selection of canapés and beverages of your choice. The wedding meal can be a 3- or 5-course dining experience, featuring dishes like duck in red wine sauce with truffle mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, and concluding with a five-piece dessert selection served with a baileys coffee.

When dancing the night away, consider evening munchies with options like slow-cooked pulled pork baps with stuffing and apple sauce, or indulge in upscale fast food favorites such as mini burgers, fried chicken, and cones of fries.​​

DAY THREE

As the morning settles after breakfast, enjoy poolside pizzas served midday—grab a slice and dive back into the pool! Freshly made in our pizza ovens, with a variety of toppings, guests can create their perfect pizza. Later in the afternoon, indulge in a terrace barbecue feast featuring vibrant and healthy pasta salads, thick Cumberland sausages, steak hash burgers, and marinated chicken skewers. To finish, indulge in a dessert station featuring chocolate raspberry brownies, lemon tarts, cupcakes, melon slices, and sugared doughnuts.
