For weddings and events, we partner with a renowned catering team who will provide attentive waitstaff and a range of dining options. From canapés and beverages circulating during the reception to a carefully crafted 3- to 5-course meal of your choice, every element is designed to elevate your celebration. For an extra touch of luxury, we offer upgrades like oysters with champagne, a meat slicer station, and a stunning croquembouche tower to wow your guests.

DINNER GRAPHIC

Were proud of our space and setting, but we know that exceptional celebrations are made memorable by outstanding food and drink. Our chefs can tailor the menu tailored to your and your guests' tastes, using locally sourced ingredients.

Day One

ARRIVAL SOIREE

Host an arrival soirée in the elegant courtyard, where you'll be surrounded by breathtaking views of the chateau and have easy access to the Chandelier Bar for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Sharing boards are an excellent choice, ideal for mingling and enjoying a variety of flavours together. Alternatively, our live pizza station is a great option!

Day Two

THE WEDDING DAY

On your wedding day, start with a hot breakfast accompanied by fresh fruits,  croissants and pastries, served in The Banquet Hall with easy access to the charming courtyard. As there’s often a gap between breakfast and the main meal, we provide a light lunch for staying guests to enjoy, ensuring everyone is well-fed and comfortable. Later, our partnered caterers will take over, circulating the reception with a variety of canapés and beverages tailored to your preferences. For the main wedding meal, choose from a 3- or 5-course dining experience, with dishes like duck in red wine sauce served alongside truffle mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, and ending with a five-piece dessert selection, complemented by a warming Baileys coffee. As the night unfolds and you dance the evening away, consider offering evening munchies such as slow-cooked pulled pork baps with stuffing and apple sauce, or treat your guests to upscale fast food favorites like mini burgers, fried chicken, and cones of fries. Every meal is designed to enhance the celebration, ensuring a memorable experience for you and your guests.u

Day Three

THE BARBEQUE DAY

As the morning settles after breakfast, enjoy poolside pizzas served midday—grab a slice and dive back into the pool! Freshly made in our pizza ovens, with a variety of toppings, guests can create their perfect pizza. Later in the afternoon, indulge in a terrace barbecue feast featuring vibrant and healthy pasta salads, thick Cumberland sausages, steak hash burgers, and marinated chicken skewers. To finish, indulge in a dessert station featuring chocolate raspberry brownies, lemon tarts, cupcakes, melon slices, and sugared doughnuts.
